I started Boom Media with one goal: help local businesses compete the way big brands do.
Restaurants and service businesses in South Florida were getting crushed. They couldn't rank on Google. Their social media was dead. They were handing 20–30% of every delivery order to DoorDash while their margins shrunk to nothing.
The marketing agencies that existed either didn't understand their industry or charged fees they couldn't afford. I built Boom Media to change that.
For 10+ years we've handled Google rankings, local SEO, AI-powered content, digital advertising, and online ordering — all under one roof, at pricing that actually works for a restaurant doing $80K a month. Now we're packaging everything we built into software anyone can use.

10+ Years Building
Boom Media founded in West Palm Beach, FL. First clients: restaurants, service businesses, and political campaigns — websites, Google presence, and digital ads from day one.
Expanded into full-service digital marketing: political campaign websites and ad management, service industry clients, and growing restaurant accounts across South Florida.
COVID hit. Boom Media helped restaurant clients build emergency websites and stay visible online — keeping businesses alive when foot traffic stopped overnight.
Became a certified Square POS partner. Began managing GloriaFood commission-free ordering for restaurant clients while deepening operational expertise across the full restaurant tech stack.
Recognized GloriaFood's limitations firsthand. Began development of Boom Online Ordering (B.O.O.) — a fully managed, branded ordering platform built from real client problems.
Launched B.O.O. for clients. Began building the full Boom B.A.R SaaS suite — 14 tools designed to replace every piece of software restaurants and service businesses pay for separately.
Now raising on Wefunder to accelerate SaaS development. Expanding into Square POS integration and a full ecosystem covering marketing, ordering, operations, loyalty, and compliance.

Eric founded Boom Media in 2016 and built the agency across restaurants, service businesses, and political campaigns — websites, SEO, and ad management from the start. Over 10 years he evolved from digital marketing into managed tech: running GloriaFood for restaurant clients, then building Boom Online Ordering to replace it. Now he's developing the full B.A.R SaaS suite — 14 tools built from real client problems across every industry he's served.
