SMS Messaging Program & Opt-In

1. Who we are and who we message

BOOM MEDIA LLC is a digital marketing and software agency in West Palm Beach, Florida. We build and manage websites, online ordering, local SEO, and business software for small and mid-sized businesses.

We send text messages only to our own customers and prospective customers who have given us their mobile number and expressly agreed to receive texts — that is, business owners and staff at companies we work with. We do not send messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not send messages on behalf of other companies from this number.

2. How you opt in

Consent is always explicit, separate, and optional. There is no pre-checked box anywhere in our flow, and agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything. There are three ways a person opts in:

• Web form. On our contact form at boommedia.us/contact, a dedicated checkbox — unchecked by default and separate from the submit action — appears directly beneath the mobile number field. Its exact wording is reproduced below.
• Client onboarding agreement. New clients check the same consent language on the onboarding form they complete when their service begins.
• Written request. An existing client can ask us in writing (email or in their client portal) to enable text notifications on their account.

For every opt-in we store the exact consent wording shown, the version of that wording, the page URL, and the timestamp, as a durable record of consent.

3. What we send

This program is account notifications and customer care only. We do not send marketing or promotional offers, and we do not send messages relating to loans, debt collection, cannabis, firearms, gambling, or any other restricted category. Messages fall into three types:

• Appointment and meeting reminders (onboarding calls, strategy calls, on-site visits)
• Service notifications (a report is ready, a website or campaign has gone live, a support reply)
• Invoice and billing notices for the customer’s own account

4. Frequency, cost, and how to stop

• Message frequency varies with your account activity — typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Boom Media does not charge you for these messages.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT are all honored.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@boommedia.us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers.

5. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent (opt-in) are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver the messages you asked for, solely for that purpose. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
